Brand Enforcement

A great brand doesn’t stop at registration; you must actively claim and enforce your rights, and failing to do so may result in a loss of rights. Unauthorized users not only infringe your brand, but can also tarnish your brand, harm your brand’s integrity, dilute or genericise your brand, and as a result, degrade your investment and reputation.
