Susan Bowen has more than 15 years of experience guiding financial and operational
law firm administration.  She draws on knowledge from working with top tier
stakeholders and passion for driving efficiency, profitability, and organizational growth.
She contributes a strategic mindset with hands-on management to deliver results
across all aspects of firm administration, with a focus on finance and accounting.

Prior to joining Pranger, Ms. Bowen served in Accounting Manager and Firm
Administrator roles at law firms of various sizes and complexities. She is recognized for
her ability to translate organizational vision into practical, actionable strategies. Ms.
Bowen has a track record of implementing process improvements that streamline
operations and strengthen financial performance.

Ms. Bowen earned her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from
the University of Phoenix. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR) credential.
