Michelle Henderson has over 20 years of experience as an Intellectual Property lawyer. Her practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, pre-litigation counseling, and opinion work in the chemical, mechanical, computer, and semiconductor arts.


Ms. Henderson has a diverse range of experience in the area of patent law derived from her representation of various corporations such as ExxonMobil Chemical, Halliburton, and IBM. Ms. Henderson has primarily worked as an attorney for Intellectual Property boutique law firm, and she has also worked as a solo practitioner while representing independent inventors. Prior to practicing patent law, she worked as a chemical engineering intern for Union Carbide Corporation and as a research assistant at the Georgia Tech Microelectronics Research Center.
