Dr. Kisko utilizes her extensive years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnological patent law in both private practice, as well as major corporate settings, to expertly guide her clients’ patent strategy and portfolio management. Trained in Organometallic, Bioinoraganic, Organic and Medicinal Chemistry at Columbia University, where she earned her PhD, and at the California Institute ofTechnology, where she held a National Institutes of Health Postdoctoral Fellowship, Dr. Kisko’s law practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of global patent estates, conducting freedom-to-operate, validity, infringement and patentability opinions, managing patent licensing activities, conducting due diligence efforts, and handling the resolution of post-grant patent disputes.
Prior to Pranger Law, Dr. Kisko’s patent law practice involved managing global patent estate matters both in-house, for Roche and earlier for Gilead Sciences, as well as in private practice, for both Heller Ehrman and later Gray Robinson.
