Experienced IP Attorneys

Pranger Law PC is growing and actively looking to hire experienced attorneys with portable business.  We would love to talk to attorneys who focus their practice on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, advertising and marketing law, privacy and related matters.  We will consider both transaction or litigation attorneys.

Pranger is a premier law boutique law firm that counsels’ clients as they develop, register, enforce and defend intellectual property rights around the world.  Our firm represents both public and private companies as well as artists and celebrities.  Our private clients are typically tier-one venture capitalist backed and we build them global IP portfolios that support capital raises, M&A or other exit strategies.

Celebrating 15 years in 2019, our firm is made up of respectful, approachable, bright, talented, positive, hard-working people.  If you join Pranger, your colleagues will be other former big firm folks who were trained at firms like Manatt, DLA Piper, and Orrick, among others.

We offer reasonable billing expectations, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits including health, vision, dental, long-term disability and 401(k).
